3 - Cast All Your Anxiety on God

In order to overcome anxiety, what do we need to do?  Do you demonstrate true humility and spiritual maturity by humbling yourself before God and others?  Can you name ways your life exhibits humility?
1 Peters 5:5-7 (NIV) All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.  Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.  Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.
